We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

As part of  IQVIA’s Finance team, the candidate will support the activities managed by the team, such as:

  • Manage US GAAP month end closure activities and accounts reconciliation
  • Prepare and analyze corporate detailed financial reports (lease template / pension template);
  • Manage process for statutory reporting (LOCAL GAAP);
  • Manage electronic invoices reconciliations;
  • Support to the Credit collector (with ad hoc report preparation and analysis);
  • Tax reporting (WHT, VAT, CIT) for both US and Italian GAAP;
  • Preparation of reports / documentation requested by Internal and External Auditor;
  • SOX controls management;
  • Support the implementation of new ERP (Oracle) in accordance with Group instructions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Desired similar previous experience in Finance/Administration Manager role within multinational companies (3+ years)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience of ERP systems (SAP – ORACLE)
  • Ability to improve processes
  • Proficiency both in English and Italian
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good planning, time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on a team

Location: Milan

CONTRACT: Temporary position (6-months) with external agency
