Sr. Principal Job description:  

Sr. Principals play a critical role in project delivery and the continued success of our organization. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary owner of client engagements to ensure deliverable quality, client satisfaction, and project management (scope, revenue, and profitability)
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought partnership to clients in establishing credibility and adding value to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex analyses into relevant and actionable insights and deliverables for clients
  • Support business development opportunities among existing clients and drive proposal and RFP processes in introducing new clients
  • Act as a 159 ambassador in contributing to the enhanced awareness of 159 through speaking engagements, white papers, and company presentations
  • Be hands-on with project planning, data analysis, and presentation building as needed
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members for continued growth and success within the organization and opportunities for delegation and assistance in client management
  • Ensure effective and efficient collaboration and communication between onshore and offshore team members
  • Act as a role model and represent 159 values in establishing a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation
  • Proactively contribute to the expansion of 159 services and capabilities, including introduction of new framework, analytical methods, data sources, and offerings

Qualifications:  

  • Degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics or other quantitative fields; Masters / MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics or similar roles
  • Track record of selling, managing, and delivering client projects
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leading and coaching teams for projects of significant size and scope
  • Solid understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and Commercial practice areas
  • Strong analytical and presentations skills to translate complex analysis into strategic insights and recommendations for clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Independent and proactive with strong professional maturity to make the right decisions for clients and team members
