Job Description

PURPOSE Manage and execute Marketing Automation (MA) outreaches globally to ensure IQVIA engages our customers with the right message to the right person at the right time, through the marketing automation system. Facilitate the development of and implementation of marketing automation outreaches to build awareness, condition the market, and nurture customers. Act as back-up System Administrator. RESPONSIBILITIES Function as subject matter expert for Marketing Automation outreach programs; lead, create and implement best practices for outreach programs. Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaigns targeting including data cleansing and accurate segmentation. Interface with external vendors and internal groups to execute agreed-upon plans and programs. Monitor and analyze Marketing Automation programs on an on-going basis to drive maximum engagement - recommending and implement plan modifications as needed. Act as Consultant to global and regional Marketing teams (NEMEA, CESE & Asia Pac) to maximize long term program effectiveness. Work collaboratively within a highly matrixed global organization, develop and manage comprehensive, cohesive and measurable marketing automation plans for the assigned business unit/geography, linking to other business units/geographies as required. Lead the support and training on Oracle Marketing Cloud Sales Tools including Profiler and Engage Support & encourage collaboration across global and regional businesses to ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing messages and strategies across system/platform. Develop, document, and ensure adherence to business rules, applied processes, programs, naming conventions and procedures. Serve as back-up System Administrator for Marketing Automation system. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrable expertise in Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) Understanding of the principles and practices related to CRM, including segmentation and strategy. Ability to build relationships across geographical boundaries Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluent English speaker Ability to work within cross-functional teams Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required and relevant marketing experience, to include Oracle Marketing cloud; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers Regular sitting for extended periods of time Occasional travel, domestic and international
