This position is with IQVIA’s Linguamatics team in Marlborough, MA. Linguamatics, an IQVIA company, delivers market-leading Natural Language Processing-based AI platform for high-value knowledge discovery and decision support from text. We empower our customers to speed up drug development and improve patient outcomes by breaking down data silos, boosting innovation, enhancing quality, and reducing risk and complexity.

Our award-winning NLP (natural language processing) platform is proven across multiple real-world use cases. Linguamatics has been trusted for over 15 years to deliver actionable insights that address your most pressing bench-to-bedside challenges with quantifiable ROI.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting >$10M of associated revenue (Linguamatics NLP services)
  • Deployment & maintenance of Linguamatics’ NLP SaaS platform
  • Assistance with the design and implementation of system architectures that will scale as processing and storage requirements grow
  • Resolution of technical questions and enquiries from customers, partners, and Linguamatics staff
  • Charter to automate, e.g. by defining Infrastructure as Code, by developing self-service systems or through architecting self-healing systems
  • Assistance with day-to-day operation, monitoring and up-keep of Development, Staging and Production platforms
  • Support and improve operational processes for our development and production systems, e.g. logging, disaster recovery, security
  • Interaction with the development team to help guide new product features and bug fixes
  • Maintenance of documentation and support resources, such as self-help and ticketing systems
  • Participate in on-call rota and out-of-hours cover
