Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain core software products, including base solutions, web services and interfaces with a focus on high quality, configurable, and easy to launch applications
  • Implement and deploy core software products for clients, including unique customizations, configurations, and data requirements
  • Deconstruct or reverse engineer exiting code to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Analyze existing solutions to provide recommendations on improvements
  • Drive development to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and on scope
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain suitable coding standards
  • Contribute to project effort estimations
  • Review project requirements and provide feedback to project managers
  • Write, edit and maintain technical documentation
  • Communicate effectively on a technical level with other IT departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or comparable experience
  • Graduate degree desirable
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with .NET C# Visual Studio 2015/2017 SQL Server Management Studio
  • Ability to reverse code and provide solutions
  • Python experience a plus
