RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze data points from monitoring tools and reporting systems to perform the necessary functions to resolve the problem.

• Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems goals and procedures.

• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools, and client applications.

• Provide support for PC/Desktop/AVVC/Telephony/Printers devices.

• Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation and networking technologies.

• knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.

• knowledge of ITIL.

 MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3~5 years working experience.
