JOB OVERVIEW
 Lead the development of forward-thinking, high-quality scientific and strategic communications programmes and services, creating effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Act as scientific lead for the account team on complex scientific or strategic accounts, providing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the product, therapy area and market. Act as strategic lead on new business activities and collaborate with all areas of IQVIA to develop full-service solutions. Contribute to the delivery of the business unit strategic goals and objectives.

  • Management of patient insights business, with a focus on leading patient focus groups, advisory boards and interviews
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research skills to develop moderator/discussion guides and standard reporting on patient insights
  • Work with operational delivery teams to incorporate the patient perspective into study design, strategy and tools
  • Obtain and synthesize patient insights for new products and service lines, including new patient-facing technology
  • Build and lead an enterprise-wide patient advisory council
  • Support business development of the patient insights business, differentiating IQVIA and expanding service delivery across multiple customers and therapeutic areas, while growing revenue
  • Provide project management of patient insights projects for both internal and external customers
  • Coordinate regulatory oversight for patient insights projects, as required
  • Represent IQVIA in public forums and conferences, building visibility for patient-focused activities
