The OneKey Implementation Project Manager has the responsibility for the assigned implementation projects.

  • ensures that the implementation process meets high quality standards aligned with the customer requirements and expected deadlines.
  • assists teams with issue resolution/decision making, and the creation/analysis/maintenance of project work plans. 
  • communicates project status, risks and alerts.
  • cooperates very tightly with Project Directors, and Technical Project Managers of OneKey Global team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the implementation process meets high quality standards aligned with the customer requirements and expected deadlines
  • Working with Clients to define deployment timelines and explain product specifications and features.
  • Working with other teams to coordinate activities needed during products implementation.
  • Assisting teams with issue resolution/decision making, and the creation/analysis/maintenance of project work plans.
  • Communicating project status, risks and alerts.
  • Keep himself updated on OneKey products and services.
  • Develop, share and capitalize his/her knowledge.

Required Skills and competencies:

  • Knowledge of database (Oracle and SQL Server).
  • Project management methodology and tools including MS Project
  • MS office tools
  • Involvement
  • Accountability, leadership, team work
  • Reactivity, initiative, pragmatism
  • Organization, coordination and communication

Nice to have:

  • CRM knowledge and MI understanding
  • Pharmaceutical  industry knowledge
  • Software Development Life Cycle

Education:

  • Post graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent experience) (5/6 years)
