  • Communicates complex scientific and medical information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Builds and fosters strong relationships with key external experts in their shared therapeutic category
  • Works with external experts to execute medical projects that bridge the communication between clinical development and commercial success
  • Gathers and communicates field insights to inform business strategy and medical plans
  • Lead a small team of Medical Science Liaisons spread across the region for various projects & strategies 
  • Builds and fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders for the benefit of the business
  • Leads the relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with health-care providers, payers, and other medically-focused customers (e.g., regulators, institutional leaders) in accordance with required regulatory and compliance standards


  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of medical affairs experience, with at least 1 year of people management. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences / Pharmacy / Medicine
  • Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations 
  • Solid grounding in clinical, medical and pharmaceutical science with the ability to rapidly assimilate specific and detailed knowledge in these areas.
  • Experience in evaluating and effectively communicating evidence-based medicine
  • Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams    
  • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills or strong history of previous working with external experts.   
  • Strong leadership capability to manage a regional team
