Position Primary Location:

Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania

Travel up to 10%

Position Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the month end close
  • Record GL entries during the monthly close cycle
  • Variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in the monthly forecasting and annual budget for the Commercial Services business
  • Assist in the coordination of meeting with COE leaders for various initiatives
  • Review monthly financials with Cost Center Owners
  • Provide support for annual preparation of cost rates for Commercial Services
  • Prepare biweekly AP templates for ADP Panel check run and help manage the Primary Intelligence panel budget
  • Participate in the completion of Investment Capital Appropriation Requests and monthly tracking of Commercial Services Internal Investments
  • Various ad-hoc projects and requests

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required

• Minimum of 2 years related experience with financial analysis and/or accounting dept. experience

• Expert in MS Excel; Proficient in other MS Office Suite applications

• Hyperion/SAP/Oracle experience a plus

• Demonstrated experience with managing multiple deadlines in a time sensitive environment

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills, problem solving, and highly detail oriented

• Ability to work independently

• Must be flexible and an effective team player
