The Digital Marketing COE Lead is part of the US Technology Solutions organization and is responsible for driving profitable growth within Customer Engagement solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through world class delivery.


You will provide leadership to deliver long term, valuable strategic technical solutions that address complex digital client issues. You will handle projects regarding technical service delivery, managed services or technology implementation to achieve desired outcomes and ensure successful business growth.

Development or elevating new business opportunities will be a key function as well as providing specific technical expertise. You will develop an awareness of technology solutions and how they can be utilized in client scenarios.

You will be asked to provide technical project management oversight.  Assist in the design and structure of client reports and presentations.  Focusing on technical implementation and information systems will be an integral part of the role as well. 

You may customize software to meet customer needs. Identifies business opportunities and potential growth areas within technology solutions. As a leader you will use your technical acumen to provide objective advice and expertise and help organizations develop or implement technical strategies to optimize performance.


Delivery/Customer Satisfaction

  • Deliver Digital Marketing solutions to customers including the following IQVIA solutions; OCE, OCE ePromo, and Digital Factory.
  • Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction within key accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources in collaboration with Client Partners in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points.
  • Build a trusted group of reference-able customers.
  • Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate in customers’ strategic planning.
  • Forecast Resources for the COE from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in the healthcare pipeline.

Offering/Competency Development

  • Lead and own the solutions practices, leveraging customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new digital marketing solutions.
  • Showcase IQVIA’s solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meetings.
  • Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with IQVIA’s offerings.
  • Exemplify IQVIA leadership in conferences, meetings and seminars, by presenting thought leadership, incorporating key customers.


  • Mentor and nurture the next line of leadership in the COE team.
  • Build a top-quality solution/delivery team capable of industry leading offerings.
  • Focus on people development, employee movement and career management.
  • Build a supportive environment to increase employee satisfaction/motivation and minimize attrition in the delivery teams.


  • Support GTM teams with strategy and planning and identify opportunities for growth within territories/accounts
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organizations and drive penetration in various functions.
  • Leverage IQVIA’s unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of wallet.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
  • Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into COE offerings and capabilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience, including at least 5 working in Healthcare Payor or Provider.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy or technology consulting focused exclusively on the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with an external client base
  • Success in building and managing successful teams in dynamic and challenging work environments.
  • Able to show how you have supported business development efforts (e.g. writing proposals, structuring/budgeting case teams and work plans, identifying and supporting development of follow-on consulting opportunities).
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to distill multiple pieces of qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful storylines, conclusions and recommendations.
  • Adept at influencing others, and drive organizational buy-in and alignment, and facilitate change.
  • Skilled at facilitating senior client meetings and drive conversations with firm leadership.
  • Track record of leading in consulting practice development capabilities (e.g., solution/products, training, knowledge management).
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Attention to detail while managing competing priorities, tight time pressures and project budgets.
  • Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded.
