The IQVIA™ Digital Learning and Multimedia Solutions team create informative and engaging content to support staff running clinical studies. We use different multimedia types to deliver the learning messages and information to our audience. Our team understand the end learners to be able to develop eLearning assets and modules to fit their needs and to meet their studies challenges.

In 2017 we worked on over 40 different projects developing a range of solutions from simple slide based modules to animations and videos. Even though we are a small team, we are looking to grow to meet increasing need and this would be a great time to help shape the team and our offerings for our clients.

Within this role you will create digital learning content. Working closely with subject matter experts you would be responsible for creating interactive content which includes eLearning modules, online quizzes, animations and videos. This position works closely with Patient Recruitment Leads (Project Managers), Medical Writers and Editorial teams to create the best solution possible that is engaging to end users.

You will attend meetings with subject matter experts and other stakeholders, driving projects from initial concept through to development to ensure high quality output and timely completion.

This role would suit someone with a background from a multimedia developer role or instructional designer background with an interest in content development.

Role and Responsibilities
• Develop engaging eLearning modules from provided content and storyboards editing graphics, audio, video etc. as required
• Develop engaging animations using tools such as GoAnimate or Adobe After Effects. Working with the Copywriter, Subject Matter Expert and Studio team you will create visually appealing animations that meet the needs of the final user
• Apply instructional design theory to support creation of storyboards, scripts, learning content and assessment material for new digital learning content
• Attend internal meetings with team members (subject matter experts, Patient Recruitment Leads, studio and editorial) to consult on project goals and requirements to create innovative digital learning materials
• Modify content for use on other platforms, such as mobile phones or tablets
• Edit sound and video using applications such as Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere
• Produce and maintain detailed and accurate key content and project documentation including content outlines, timelines, QA check lists during the project lifecycle
• Create effective test cases and scenarios for required learning and assessment content and can test your own or your peers work with a keen eye on detail
• Provide regular updates and reports to project managers ensuring delivery of high quality learning products on time and in budget
• To maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and timely response, identifying and dealing with client issues and queries
• Lead on module planning and development to ensure that the training intervention meets the needs of learner and stakeholder i.e. study teams

Job Requirements

• Some experience working in a learning design / development role
• Highly creative, with proven experience of developing creative digital learning assets
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite – in particular, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder
• Knowledge of GoAnimate or other animation software
• Working knowledge of Instructional Design techniques
• Eye for design
• Portfolio of creating digital learning assets
