Database Marketing Analyst, IQVIA Multichannel (MCM) PracticeThis role will report into the MCM campaign operations team and serve data quality needs across multiple client situations ranging from reporting and analytics projects to technology implementations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to perform data mining activities on multi-channel campaign and customer data including data audits, data quality assessments, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading from both relational databases and flat-file sources. Understand data design and data structures and develop the query logic necessary to translate business requirements into analytic data setsEnsure ongoing data integrity across multi-channel data including but not limited to web, online media (display and search), social, call center, email, and offline (TV and print)Access large datasets to analyze the content and quality of the data and be able to provide detailed, summary and statistical information on the data to internal and external stakeholdersManage data investigations from understanding and identifying data anomalies to working with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to resolve issuesRequired Skills:Strong SQL and database skillsProficiency in Tableau and/or other complex analytical tools a strong plus.Ability to modify/understand complex SQL queries and ETL LogicAble to articulate and convey technical concepts to a cross functional audienceKnowledge of Marketing Automation Technologies and Processes is a plusProficiency in Excel using pivot tables, v-lookup, macros, statistical functionsAbility to create and maintain quality documentation for technical and non-technical staffClient-service and/or consulting experience a plus.Strong attention to detailDeep knowledge of database technologies and architectureCreative problem solving and analytic skillsStrong multitasking skillsAbility to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environmentDemonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related fieldA minimum of 3 years of relational database experience in, but not limited to, SQL Server 2000, MS Access, and Oracle.A minimum of 3 years experience supporting multi-channel and digital marketing in a data management function
