JOB OVERVIEW
Manages contracts administration and its processes for both existing and new client relationships.

Responsibilities
     Essential Functions
•    Directs the preparation and maintenance of client contracts to adhere to corporate policies and guidelines.
•    Serves as primary contact and owner for all client contracts.
•    Monitors client contract status and movement of contract from creation to execution.
•    Identifies potential contract risks and issues that may have an adverse effect on IMS and communicates concerns to appropriate IMS representatives.
•    Develops and adopts best contract practices and educates others on these practices.
•    Consults with client representatives and IMS functions on business/legal issues associated with client contracts and seeks innovative solutions within approved parameters.
•    Implements solutions associated with the client contracting process.
•    Identifies and implements new contract processes, as appropriate, and communicates these new processes to the organization.
•    May review all discounts to ensure these are consistent with Company policy.
