We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Consumer Health Analyst to join our Sydney team. As a Consumer Health Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the best in service across category / range reviews, product training and analysis. You will have great exposure to varied suppliers & categories and be able to consult back to them on their needs and how you can best assist them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of client solutions.
  • Assisting in the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Under close supervision you will performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
  • Assists in the design and structure of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
  • Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.

Key requirements:

  • Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a Category Insights Analyst Executive or Account Manager from within FMCG or Pharmacy channels, Pharmacist with experience in analytics or experience working in a related agency environment.
  • Degree level in Life Science or Pharmacy 
  • You will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly and thrive off working in an environment with a strong key culture.
  • Critical to this role is a high level of organization and time management skills, as well as analytical capability as well as business or commercial analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new tools and concepts quickly
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes 
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation, business and report writing
