The Consultant / Sr. Consultant will work as an active member of the Commercial Compliance management consulting team in order to meet the goals and objectives of our team as well as of our clients. Projects will cover a variety of subject matter areas related to compliance program design, commercial operations and broader commercial risk management best practices. Sample project areas will include:

  • Compliance Program Risk Assessment and Design
  • Compliance Analytics (Fair Market Value, Transparency data analytics)
  • Auditing and Monitoring of Commercial services
  • Transparency Process Design and Execution
  • Third Party Vendor Management Process Design and Due Diligence
  • Commercial Operations Process Design

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead consulting projects
  • Lead clients in brainstorming and requirements gathering interviews
  • Analyze and collect data, defend findings
  • Develop, articulate and present ideas and opinions
  • Manage and take accountability for sections of projects
  • Provide mentorship for junior staff members
  • Develop relationships with clients and identify future opportunities
  • Create project deliverables with some oversight by senior staff
  • Support in growing the organization
  • Participate in business development and marketing

  • Participate in conferences and industry groups

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience as a strategy or management consultant preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; MBA, MHA or law degree in relevant field strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, well organized, self-motivated, team player
  • Strong analytical, and quantitative skills: feels comfortable with numbers, strong business acumen
  • Strong writing ability and effective written communication style
  • Willingness to have a different opinion, ability to articulate thoughts and concepts well
  • Poised and self-confident: ability to deliver effective oral and verbal communication, comfortable with public speaking
  • Strong interest in Pharmaceutical industry and consulting
  • Fluency in French and English required

Physical and Location Requirements

  • Ability to work in the Paris office on a regular basis
  • Ability to travel to client and vendor sites as needed (up to ~25%)
