Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and planning of patient recruitment and retention, site support and engagement strategies for clinical trials Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and on-going studies.
  • Coordinate proposal and budget development of Patient Recruitment strategies at the pre-award phase and follow through rebids and up to Bid Defense Meetings
  • Develop storyboards to pitch Patient Recruitment strategies proposed and present a compelling case for the inclusion of Patient Recruitment strategies at Bid Defense Meetings
  • Assist Patient Recruitment Service Leads and IQVIA project teams in reviewing existing strategies and develop supplementary strategies to enhance patient recruitment and retention.
  • Contribute to process improvement of Patient Recruitment (pre-award) processes through working with IQVIA processes to deliver quality and consistency.
  • Lead efforts in gather data and intelligence on latest developments in clinical trial recruitment trends and technologies that can contribute towards efficacy and productivity of patient engagement strategies
  • Manage and track data on business performance using designated tracking systems and tools in accordance with project and functional requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by Management



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare, Marketing Communications or related fields
  • 1 year of experience in Marketing, Communications and Sales function
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good experience working with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
