Analyst, Client Service

The Client Service team is the first main contact for our customer who are using our sales data deliveries. The Client service analyst ensures good professional relationships with his/her allocated customers and are helping them with queries, support and trainings on current deliveries.

In this role you will provide day to day guidance and support and you will have to ensure accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments within the support cycle.

Some business travel is required for trainings and meetings.

Key areas of responsibilities

-       First contact for clients regarding support on current and new deliveries.

-       Research, analysis and report creation in order to respond to client requests and inquiries

-       First line data investigation

-       Hold customized client trainings in current front-end tools  

-       Report internally on projects, actions, follow up and opportunities

 

Skills and competences  

-       Client focused

-       Solution minded, analytical

-       Willingness to learn new solutions, tools, processes

-       Fluent Swedish and English language skills are mandatory.

-       Good social skills, experience to communicate with clients over the phone, in emails and in meetings.

-       Organized

-       Technical skills, Microsoft office package, experience to work in different kind of BI tools.

-       Team player, flexible
