Responsibilities

  • Deploy the animal health products in strong collaboration with importers / distributors 
  • Build strong partnership with KOLs (Vet), SPT and PRO representatives of the markets 
  • Collaborate with importer to build solid and aligned marketing plan 
  • To be the link between the importers and various internal functions (Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Corporate Affairs). 
  • Continuously work on portfolio management and consistently increase portfolio relevantly to the market needs 
  • To cascade all marketing, scientific and merchandising activities and to control execution in compliance with client’s standards.  
  • Product market survey and market analysis 
  • Make field visits in order to monitor execution, build customer relationships, increase brand awareness  
  • Be responsible for marketing budget including following global guidance in governance rules of company 
  • To implement defined measures and control system to manage performance of importer. 
  • To negotiate and formalize targets and objectives of the markets

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3 - 5 years of sales and/or marketing experiences in Pet Care, Animal Health, FMCG or Consumer Pharmaceutical.
  • Bachelor's Degree / Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Commerce or related discipline
  • Fluency in English is required.  
  • Ideally having strong network and experience in Vietnam 
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative 
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to build relations with stakeholders 
  • A proven track record in previous positions 
  • Well organized, excellent time management, presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness, analytical thinking.
