Develops and implements the processes, reporting and work instruction to support client projects and programs.

Plans, develops, coordinates and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains and manages and project management tools to achieve program objectives; and creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of projects in accordance with established standards and requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Leads the implementation and compliance with organizational policies and establishes goals for project teams which deliver client projects

  • Leads the process implementation and cadence of the delivery of HAO projects

  • Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned project processes and serves as a single point of contact.

  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the projects including clients, workflow systems, reporting systems, and finance

  • Defines Program improvement processes and implements against objectives

  • Initiates, plans, executes, and closes project management software

  • Provides direction and mentoring in SOP, process and cadence to RWE project managers. Including areas such as CAPAs, document manaegemnt and regulatory compliance.

  • Manages, and controls scope, schedule and budget for projects. Communicates project status and risks, with associated recommendations, to all stakeholders including senior management.

  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

  • Provides business guidance to project team.

  • May have direct client contact through bi-weekly/monthly client touch points organized by individual project managers


  • Bachelor Degree-- Required
  • Eight (8) years of experience in software and/or product development, including two (2) years in IT project management

  • Advanced project management education and experience.

  • Knowledge of LEAN processes. Certification an asset
