Role Purpose:
Designs and implements a comprehensive offering plan across the continuum targeted towards a specific market. May have responsibility for multiple offerings within a market.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Supports Go-to-Market teams client interactions, including joining BD on client meetings where support might include presenting the offerings to the client directly.
  • Creates new offering plans to achieve targeted business results.
  • Drive and monitors the implementation of existing offering plans against targeted business results.
  • Defines complete Go-To-Market plan.
  • Drives client facing teams to document client needs and enhancements in order to support the continued development of offerings, both in terms of client relevance and development of IQVIA service/product delivery capabilities.
  • Leads the development of documents to support client facing teams in terms of client engagement and methodologies as well as positioning documents.
  • Develops understanding of how to achieve objectives of their areas of business line responsibility and ensures execution of plans.
  • Effectively prioritizes the execution of the business plan.
  • Is able to make basic trade-off decisions and influence stakeholder to re-prioritize as needed within the context of one’s area of business line responsibility.
  • Tracks and is able to communicate the status of their areas of responsibility within the business line to a variety of stakeholders at different levels in the organization at any time.
  • Delivers segment, portion or module of product content training to relevant functions within area of responsibility.
  • Monitors performance of Go-to-Market activities and identifies and recommends adjustments to marketing plans.
  • Implements changes.
  • Identifies vehicles for thought leadership (white papers, journal articles) and implements.
  • Works with Marketing/Communications and provides input to collateral development.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years related Marketing experience. Thorough understanding of the IQVIA offering in the customer environment strongly preferred. IQVIA systems and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge required.
