Responsibilities

  • Creation the new team of Accounts receivable Accountants and/or Cash Allocation Analysts, and coordination & leading of this the newly created team
  • Active involvement in the projects of centralization of Accounts Receivable functions in Finance Services Center, and harmonization of related processes
  • Training and development of the team members incl. newcomers
  • Tracking and managing team performance, overseeing the quality and ensuring timely processing of relevant financial transactions
  • Actively and continuously enhance the processes in team scope: Billing & Revenue recognition (incl. order & compliance management through billing requests reviews), Cash Allocation (incl. clarification and resolution of unapplied payments) incl. related AR Posting (FX variances, deductions, bank fees, write-offs, refunds, intercompany transfers, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth AR month-end-closing (incl. reconciliations in Blackline)    
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external audits, and being the key contact point for auditors
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and internal control frameworks
  • Support AR manager in all projects, transitions, and daily tasks
  • Preparation of reports for monitoring of AR process, and taking actions (based on reports) to improve process KPIs 

Qualification requirements

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • Relevant business and/or finance and/or accounting qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable process
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
  • English - Advanced level
  • Experience working in shared service environment is advantage
  • Experience working on Oracle, SAP and/or Peoplesoft is advantage

Other requirements

  • Potential readiness for partial evening shifts (max. 25%)

Minimum salary: 2100 EUR gross / monthly, based on required experience and knowledge of candidate
