The Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, CFSP will lead recruitment strategy for the Clinical FSP business.  This person will be developing and operationalizing talent attraction strategies that ensure CFSP has access to the industries top talent. The individual will work with a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring business delivery and results while also partnering with peers across the global talent acquisition center of excellence to assist and drive employer branding initiatives.                                                                                                                                                               

• Implement and manage cutting-edge recruitment programs and strategies to attract top talent and continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market conditions.
• Represent talent acquisition and IQVIA during customer meetings and pitches. This includes pitch planning, customer meeting travel and pitch participation.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure delivery against strategic business imperatives and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
• Participate in the implementation of projects related to the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.
• Direct and manage a TA team for assigned business function/region through a matrix reporting structure. Develop a TA team to ensure the provision of appropriate resources on time and on budget.                                                                                                                                     • Partner with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence to ensure delivery against strategic business imperatives and deliver solutions to meet business needs.       
• Provide management coaching and counseling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business line/regional strategic staffing goals.
• Consult with business leaders and managers to gather data needed to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce; ensure recruiters comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking and to operationalize recruitment strategies that ensure a best in class talent attraction approach. 
• Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; serve as a critical management resource regarding such trends; coordinate with the compensation team on salary considerations and equity concerns.
• Participate in activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.
• As required, manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations.  Responsibilities could include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.  Approve actions on human resources matters.                      

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition
  • Experience and comfort in high volume and pressure recruitment.
  • Experience supporting global staffing projects
