Description de l'offre

Join us on our exciting journey! IQVIA™ is The Human Data Science Company™, focused on using data and science to help healthcare clients find better solutions for their patients. Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness advances in healthcare information, technology, analytics and human ingenuity to drive healthcare forward.

The Company

IQVIA - the Human Data Science Company - is grounded in three interconnected forces: human data, human science and data science. IQVIA contributes to the advancement of human health globally through timely research, insightful analysis and scientific expertise applied to granular non-identified patient-level data. Fulfilling an essential need within healthcare, IQVIA delivers objective, relevant insights and research that accelerate understanding and innovation critical to sound decision making and improved human outcomes. With access to institutional knowledge, advanced analytics, technology and unparalleled data, IQVIA works in tandem with a broad set of healthcare stakeholders to drive a research agenda focused on Human Data Science, including government agencies, academic institutions, the life sciences industry and payers. IQVIA has approximately 55,000 employees in more than 100 countries, all committed to making the potential of human data science a reality.

The Team

IQVIA Real-World Evidence (RWE) teams work with clients worldwide to help them use complex, clinically rich, patient-level healthcare datasets to answer their specific research questions, make more informed decisions, and deliver results. We are collaborative, intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, and constantly looking for opportunities to harness the value of RWE in a constantly evolving industry.

Specifically, you will be working in the RWE Enriched Studies Development Team. The RWE Enriched Studies Development Team is responsible for advancing the IQVIA capabilities to deliver Enriched Studies through targeted internal investment activities, client business development and oversight for study delivery. Enriched Studies integrate two methods of data collection (primary and secondary) to build a comprehensive patient record and increase both the availability and depth of researchable data. Enriched Studies are innovative in their use of secondary data (e.g. electronic medical records, health claims) and provide a number of benefits to our clients.  Enriched Studies are typically deployed as a method for delivering observational studies, although are also being explored for delivering clinical trials as well.  The content area of the team encompasses a broad range of activities related to Enriched Studies:

  • Geographic data source and technical assessments to support capability expansion.
  • Enhancing data management and analysis capabilities of both primary collected information and existing databases.
  • Proactive business development, including development of proposals.
  • Supporting multi-country study delivery.
  • Development of standard processes.
  • Thought leadership.
  • Budget tracking.

As an Associate Principal in Enriched Studies, you will join a high profile, talented and fast paced team, responsible for the development and delivery of Enriched Studies. You must thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage globally extensive real-world data assets of IQVIA to accelerate new business growth, as well as in-depth expertise in areas such as observational research, epidemiology and data management.

You will be expected to contribute to business targets through proactive and reactive client engagements with a focus on deployment of Enriched Study solutions.  You will manage teams with limited senior input in pursuit of developing the Enriched Studies offering through targeted investments aimed at data footprint expansion, enhancement of technical efficiency and operational scaling.  You will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for project delivery, acting as a liaison between the proposal and project delivery teams.  Both study delivery and offering development activities will also entail responsibility for budget, profitability and utilisation rate of teams. You will proactively mentor and coach junior members of the Enriched Studies team to contribute to their learning and development.

The successful Associate Principal will, in parallel, contribute to revenue growth working closely with Principals and Senior Principals, and significantly promote expansion and enhancement of the IQVIA Enriched Studies capability through high quality execution of all responsibilities.
