US Commercial Operations Analyst

Role Purpose:

This role will work closely with the Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Teams, and Executives to provide support and reporting services to management and sales leadership.  Role supports managing operations, delivering management and operational reporting, and contributing to the improvement of business processes.


  • Provide operational support to US commercial ops and management teams primarily focused on operational initiatives such as creating and distributing management reporting
  • Create ad-hoc and analysis reports as needed
  • Collect various data from sales and operations leaders and consolidate into comprehensive reports
  • Provide SFDC user support to the team such as dashboard creation and report creation
  • Support Incentive Comp activities as needed
  • Support acquisition integration as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent MS Office application skills (particularly Excel)
    • Advanced Excel skills a plus (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables)
  • experience a strong plus
  • Hyperion Reporting software experience a strong plus
  • Previous Operations or military experience a strong plus
