PURPOSE: This role is an ideal stepping-stone for current college students. This position will provide exposure to and obtain get hands-on experience working with a group of experienced devops engineers on defining infrastructure provisioning automation workflows using Hashicorp tools.                                                                          

Salesforce Intern projects vary, your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:

  • Researching and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and recommendations for Einstein Analytics for artificial intelligence capabilities within the IQVIA's Salesforce platform. 
  • Reviewing and evaluating User Experience (UX) improvements and create PoCs for CRM users.
    • Including:  designing page and mobile layouts and workflow using business knowledge to improve the user experience for the Go to Market (GTM) sales team. 
    • Developing and refine (PoCs) to confirm requirements.
  • Participate in analysis of creating a Training program and roadmap to provide professional training material for GTM sales team.
  • Participate in meetings with CRM Product Owner & Architectural lead, document meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Create first drafts of presentation slides and internal communications
  • Undertake on project tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Create and finalize project status reports
  • Identify risks and report them to team early                                           


  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Posses a “can-do” attitude and take on new responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals and groups at various levels of leadership
  • A self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation
  • An organized team player who can manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to proactively work with many virtual teams around the world
  • Interest and exposure to Business and IT organizations
  • Experience with office productivity applications, specifically MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
