Software Solution Commercial Lead - Plymouth Meeting, US

Real-World & Analytics Solutions RWAS Technology

Drive the commercial success of the E360™ software suite in the US. The role provides a pivotal engagement point between IQVIA US business unit, the global sales team, clients and the software development group. The role aims to drive revenue targets and operational benefit targets through sales and internal software adoption.

The successful candidate needs to provide business leadership and champion the E360™ software suite. The role requires self-motivation and a communicative spirit to align the organization behind commercial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business leadership
    • Develop vision for the E360™ software suite in the US market
    • Garner senior management support to drive the E360 vision
    • Offer product leadership and shape the development pipeline
    • Ensure development is delivered on-time, within scope and on budget
    • Evolve the GTM strategy and drive implementation
    • Ensure sales team efficiency and push individual opportunities
    • Integrate contributions across teams to achieve the direct revenue target
  • Champion the E360™ software suite
    • Demonstrate the product at conferences, online communities and client events
    • Write & publish thought leadership (together with academics/IQVIA institute)
    • Educate customers & internal users about the E360 business benefits
    • Drive internal software adoption to achieve the operational benefit target

Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of the US healthcare system, medical research & the pharmaceutical industry
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery
  • Ability to thrive in constant stream of verbal and written communications
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Substantial experience leading teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate to both senior management and junior staff
  • Health Economics experience

The team

The RWAS Remote Study team's mission it to deliver world class and globally scalable studies:

  • Simple studies, executed as rapid queries, to assess study feasibility and availability of data
  • Medium complex studies, characterizing the composition of a population: Their demographic structure, the distribution of their comorbidities, the duration between diagnosis and intervention, etc.
  • Complex studies, estimating the association between clinical interventions and their outcomes – benefits and adverse events.
  • Predictive models for determination of populations (phenotypes) or outcomes (patient-level predictions).

This requires global leadership across technical and data architecture, data manipulation, analytics script and report generation, software development and data visualization. The solutions are delivered to a variety of clients across life-science, government, payer or provider organizations. The team also curates the largest collection de-identified Real-World Data in the world in OMOP Common Data Model, from different patient care settings in 18 countries worldwide, making it the forefront of “Big Data” in healthcare.
