Associate Key Account Director


  • The position is part of the new Go-To-Market structure for the US BU an plays a critical BD role within the  named account.  
  • This role is responsible for developing and owning all relationships within the commercial operations function at the client.  
  • The COAE is measured by the overall attainment of the FY budget for the project as well as for the attainment of specific US BU BL products and services FY budget for the account.  
  • This role is also responsible for being the key information consultant to the client and focusing on information win-back efforts.    

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of eight (8) years relevant sales or account management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer account management and pharmaceutical industry is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Problem solving, negotiation, planning, relationship building, presentation, written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Able to set vision and direction.
  • Able to influence outcomes.
  • Requires team-orientation
