The role:
 Designs and owns structured management information dashboards and reports for the commercial teams and the NL management team. This involves creation of new reports and maintenance of existing reports to account for changes in business needs and to changes in internal hierarchies. These will principally be built using Hyperion Essbase but also using our other reporting systems including SAP and SFDC. Looks for opportunities to automate reporting tasks or delegates to junior team members.

• Supports the senior commercial teams through providing structured and bespoke analysis to help identify revenue generating opportunities, for example through whitespace reporting, sales trends and sales team activity. Goes beyond reporting and provides recommendations to the senior team supported by relevant analysis.

• Manages the bi-weekly forecasting process for several offering areas, providing reports to offering leads and running follow-up cadence meetings to ensure the timely recognition of revenue and management of pipeline. Summarizes output these meetings for NL leadership team so they can understand the expected in quarter revenue and the strength of the pipeline.

• Provides guidance to the commercial teams on both internal and external revenue recognition policies. Ensures a sound financial control environment is in place especially through abiding to the NL and US GAAP.

• Supports the NL business with training and super-user support for the SFDC CRM tool, pricing assistant and project management system.

• Challenges the current ways of working and provides alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes.

• Builds strong relationships with the sales, offering and finance teams to ensure quick submission and consolidation of information. Responds to ad-hoc requests from across the business (i.e. requesting, receiving and consolidating in quarter revenue risks and opportunities).
