USA Payroll Analyst (Based in Mexico)

Job Overview
Ensure the efficient operation of the Payroll team, adhering to IQVIA's financial policies and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
Essential Functions
- Supervise daily Payroll team operations and service delivery.
- Ensure Payroll services meet agreed timelines (SLA).
- Liaise with the Payroll service provider.
- Manage credit card and debt recovery processes as needed.
- Support the Manager in achieving Payroll SLAs.
- Handle employee Payroll queries.
- Ensure accurate data transfer between Payroll and external systems.
- Manage Payroll codings to General Ledger Financials.
- Support internal customers on legislation/policy changes.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in managing payroll workload and directing work.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3 years' Payroll experience, including supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1 to 2 years of payroll experience working for the US.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Finance and Payroll software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced English Level
- Based in Mexico
