IQVIA is expanding its team and seeking a Country Medical Lead based in Belgium to cover Belgium and the Nordics. Ideally located near Brussels.

This role is client dedicated and offers a unique growth opportunity as you have the exciting opportunity to lead as a Country Medical Lead, driving medical strategy and engagement in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with national, regional, and local customers through scientific discussions, presentations, and education.
  • Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians.
  • Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues.
  • Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses.
  • Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups.
  • Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan
  • Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers

Qualifications

  • 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in Germany.
  • Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Haematology, Nephrology,
  • Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology; biosimilars experience strongly pre
  • ferred.Fluent in Dutch, French and confident in English.
  • Full driving license, with willingness to travel throughout the territory in Belgium (Brussels to Lüttich).
