Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Junior Medical Devices Sales Representative Woundcare in Flanders. The sales representative will drive business performance, serve our existing customers and will be responsible for engaging selected customers to become promoters of our products and our company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and drive sales for selected accounts and projects
• Support customers with clinical and commercial questions (e.g. product-related questions, indications, conditions)
• Consult with customers regarding usage of medical device portfolio, suggest product alternatives
• Work collaboratively with other members of the sales and marketing team to bring the best of Johnson & Johnson MedTech to the customers
• Address (incl. follow-up on) customer inquiries on products, indications, back orders, order status, price, complaints etc.
Required:
• Min 2-3 years of sales experience required
• Knowledge of MS Office programs required
• Persistent, agile and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage actively to establish relationships
Preferred:
• Paramedical background and medical knowledge desirable
• Great selling instincts, based on a keen sense for customer needs and expectations
• Strong customer solution and result orientation
• Teamplayer, able to work collaboratively with the Johnson & Johnson MedTech sales teams
• PC skills: CRM-ERP systems desired
