Job Description

◆所属チーム

製薬企業のマーケティング部門の戦略立案や営業部門の現場活動を、IQVIAが保有する医療用医薬品販売データ・情報提供活動データ・RealWorldData（レセプトデータ）等の分析から得られるFactに基づき支援します。

•製薬企業の組織体制および業務設計の現状評価と戦略的改善策のシナリオを設定し、ファイナンシャルモデルを用いて営業活動効率の最適化プラン検討します。

•製薬企業の営業拠点毎の市場性やMR活動量に応じた、最適なMR配置計画をします。

IQVIAが保有する様々なデータを分析するとともに、データをデリバリーするコンサルティングサービスを通じて、IQVIAデータのマネタイズを実践しています。

•医療に関わる様々なステークホルダーに対し、医療圏毎の薬物治療介入の実態の分析などを通じて、医療課題の解決に繋がる提言も行っています。

◆業務内容

・医療用医薬品売上データ（DDDデータ）などの分析・コンサルティング案件のプロジェクトマネジャーとして、クライアントとのコミュニケーション・プロジェクト進行管理・プロジェクトメンバーの育成を担う。

2023年実績では6名Management（Principal～Senior Consultant/Manager）で約100プロジェクトのデリバリーを実施している。

・医療課題の変化（Primary・OncologyからSpecialty・RareDiseaseへの疾患構造の変化、製薬企業の情報提供体制の変化など）に伴う製薬企業クライアントやPPGクライアント（Payer・Provider・Government）のニーズの変化に対応した、業界のゴールドスタンダードとなり得る革新的の新サービスの開発を担う。

・チームの持続的発展を支える人材育成業務を担う。新卒入社の若手メンバーが多く、中途採用のManagerには、チームとしてはBusinessDevelopmentだけでなくPersonnelDevelopmentでも活躍されることを期待している。

◆役割への期待値

・1～6か月: チームが持つ既存SFEAssetの理解を高める。On-goingの平均的なプロジェクトへのOJT/OJDアサインを通じて、チームの業務設計とDelivery品質の基準を理解する。

・7～12か月: チームのPrincipalレイヤーの指導のもとで、既存SFEAsset案件でのPMロールのアサインを通じて、PMに求められる要件の理解とスキルを習得する。

・13か月～：チームの継続案件を担当として持ち、Key clientのProjectManagement/AccountManagementを実践する。

・医療課題を解決したいという目標を持っている方

・製薬企業のマーケティング部門・コマーシャルエクセレンス部門などでの業務経験を有する方、もしくはMRを含むコマーシャル関連の業務経験においてデータに基づくプランニングや実行を意識して高いパフォーマンスを発揮してきた方

・業界を問わず、クライアント企業に対してデータアナリティクス・データサイエンスをコアコンピタンスとしたサービスのデリバリー経験を持つ方

・データやアナリティクスに対する素養、製薬企業の業務プロセスの理解、高いコミュニケーション能力、クライアント/担当業務に対する強いコミットメント、自発的な行動特性、人材育成のスキル・経験、ヘルスケア業界を変革/貢献したいという意志など、何か一つでも強いエッジを持っている方
