Join our Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team, established by senior leadership to accelerate the seamless integration of acquired businesses onto our financial systems. As a key contributor, you will lead and execute multiple implementation projects simultaneously, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Your efforts will drive tangible improvements in finance operations, enhancing process efficiencies and supporting the rationalization of our legal entity footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional teams through system implementations and merger projects.

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact and accountability.

• Oversee projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.

• Coordinate efforts with supporting teams, including Shared Services and Technology.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and agree on project scope and objectives.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to master project plans.

• Provide regular updates on project status and risks, along with actionable recommendations, to stakeholders and management.

• Maintain adherence to quality standards and oversee the review of project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required).

• Substantial experience in project management (required).

• Background in M&A projects and/or country rollouts.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with SAP and/or PeopleSoft (beneficial).

• Strong planning skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with Smartsheet (beneficial).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
