Associate Project Manager, eCOA
Location: Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, home-based
Job Overview
Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
Essential Functions
- Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance
- Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel)
- Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next steps
- Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed
- Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support
- Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM
- Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years eCOA experience
- Good understanding of clinical research
- Proficient use of MS office, excel PPT
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations
- Excellent Project Management skills
