Based on extensive industry knowledge, IQVIA provides its clients and partners with unique decision-making foundations by linking big data, forward-looking technology, and modern analytics. As a Business Insights Specialist, you will support clients from the pharmaceutical sector and act as the first point of contact and expert for IQVIA market data. You will have an open ear for the needs of our clients and competently assist them with questions regarding data collection. Training and advising clients in the analysis of IQVIA data is also part of your focus.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for daily customer inquiries regarding the diverse offerings of IQVIA™ as well as identifying new needs and expanding existing offerings

• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through active presence, professional advice, and conducting training sessions, workshops, and market presentations

• Participation in negotiations and contract management

• Planning and conducting data analyses in collaboration with the Business Insights team

• Maintaining customer databases

• Close collaboration and networking with internal stakeholders

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with corresponding qualification

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong customer orientation and solid analytical understanding

• Confident communication and presentation skills

• High sense of responsibility and independent working style

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with data analysis tools is a plus

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, consumer health, or FMCG environment is advantageous

• High level of commitment and flexibility is expected
