About the Role: We are looking for a talented and motivated Power BI and PowerApps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, visualization, and low-code app development, with a keen interest in learning and adapting to new technologies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop insightful and impactful Power BI reports and PowerApps solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop low-code apps using PowerApps with excellent UI design skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize data models and implement best practices for data visualization and performance tuning.
• Embed PowerApps in SharePoint and custom applications.
• Ensure Power Apps security capabilities, including role-based authorization.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing reports and apps to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and PowerApps tools and functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, PowerApps, and data analytics.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in PowerApps development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and optimization techniques.
• Strong dashboarding skills.
• Good exposure to Common Data Services.
• Understanding of Power Apps security capabilities, including role-based authorization.
• Experience in integrations with other Microsoft services such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management to meet daily metrics or team objectives.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Added Advantage:

• Microsoft Certification in PowerApps.
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
