Job Description

We are seeking an EU Medical Manager to join a growing global biosimilar company dedicated to making high-quality biologics more accessible to patients at affordable prices.

This newly created role is part of the company's expansion following their success and will support both new product launches scheduled for later this year and the existing biosimilar portfolio across the EU. The role involves aligning medical insights with portfolio development, supporting the development of key opinion leaders, and collaborating with internal teams and the commercial department.

Location: The position is based at our client's office in South Holland, four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Medical EU to develop short and long-term operational medical plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Support the EU Medical Director in day-to-day medical activities across the EU.
  • Collaborate with the EU Medical Lead to design and implement country-specific medical plans.
  • Ensure alignment of medical and commercial activities while maintaining compliance.
  • Manage and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive impactful medical initiatives.
  • Oversee performance tracking, KPI assessment, and strategic updates in collaboration with key teams.
  • Lead, design and deliver scientific training for commercial teams in all launch countries, including preparation of training materials.
  • Contribute to risk minimization measures and regulatory compliance across EU markets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • M.D. degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3–5 years in a medical pharmaceutical industry role
  • Thorough medical and scientific knowledge in oncology therapeutic area is essential
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong skills in scientific presentation and authoring of study results, either basic or clinical, at global scientific conventions
  • Experience of scientific presentation or publication is preferred.
