Job Overview
Under broad guidance, manages and administers the daily relationship of key suppliers.

Essential Functions
• Interacts with supplier contacts to discuss their business needs and develops the appropriate solution.
• Ensures supplier data submissions meet contractual standards and maintains quality of data supply.
• Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests and responds to customer request.
• Recruits new data suppliers (e.g. pharmacists or doctors) for new panels or to maintain the statistical validity of a panel.
• Maintains suppler records and all supplier-related information (profiles, contact information, contracts, compensation records, compliance).
• Compensates data suppliers – investigates, resolves and processes panel incentives in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
• May visit data suppliers.
• Acts a lead, providing direction and guidance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• Four (4) years of experience Req
• Strong  knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and IQVIA information solutions /consulting services portfolio. Advanced
• Strong communication and servicing skills and the ability to negotiate. Advanced
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
