Responsibilities

• As an internal consultant to business end-users in the area of process automation and operational efficiency.

• Assist is analysing business requirements and find solutions within the IQVIA Hospital Information systems to drive process automation.

• Involved and assist in HIS system implementation.

• Assist in application configuration, system testing and Integration testing.

• Provide application support, maintain issue tracker, troubleshoot application and reports issues, apply updates to the application, and work with a developer for resolution.

• Prepare documentation User Guide, User Acceptance Test Script and Integration Test scripts for projects.

• Arrange and conduct Super user training.

• Provide Go Live support.

Requirements

• Preferred Diploma graduate

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the IT Application support field

• Has experience supporting HIS Implementation

• System Analysis & Design skills

• Reporting/Analytic developments skills
