IT Delivery Project Manager- OneKey

OneKey Web is a robust web portal that provides access to comprehensive data on over 9 million healthcare providers and 680,000 healthcare organizations , including the affiliations linking them together. OneKey is about Extendits coverage of healthcare professionals, organizations and affiliations, Connectto a single reference data standard, Understandcustomer access, value and potential.

The OneKey Project Manager has the responsibility to make sure the assigned implementation projects are done and meeting our client's expectations. He/she ensures that the implementation process meets high quality standards aligned with the customer requirements and expected deadlines.
He/she assists teams with issue resolution/decision making, and the creation/analysis/maintenance of project work plans. 
He/she communicates project status, risks and alerts. He/she cooperates very tightly with Project Directors, and Technical Project Managers of OneKey Global team.

Profile Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as Delivery/Project Manager

  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle and SQL Server)

  • CRM knowledge

  • Project management methodology

  • Experience in using MS office tools, MS Project

  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge will be a plus

  • Fluent English

  • French, Italian will be a great asset

  • Soft skills: Involvement, accountability, leadership, team work, reactivity, initiative, pragmatism, organization, coordination and communication

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring that the implementation process meets high quality standards aligned with the customer requirements and expected deadlines.

  • Working with Clients to define deployment timelines and explain product specifications and features.

  • Working with other Teams to coordinate activities needed during products implementation.

  • Assisting teams with issue resolution/decision making, and the creation/analysis/maintenance of project work plans.

  • Communicating project status, risks and alerts.

  • Keep himself updated on OneKey products and services.

  • Develop, share and capitalize his/her knowledge.
