Responsibilities

•Carry out work relating to the HEOR business areas (longitudinal retrospective study using internal or external big data, longitudinal prospective observational study, cross-sectional survey of patients/healthcare provider/or payers, patient reported outcome report, etc)

•Work with supervision, independently and/or as part of a project team on defined tasks

•Involve in business development/internal initiatives i.e. produce partial initial drafts of proposals based on client RFP and supporting information, participate in internal disseminations and make oral presentations to IQVIA colleagues

•Project management/client liaison including client management tasks, attend client and other external meetings and presentations of own research/analysis

•Develop, review, implement and execution of retrospective outcome research protocols, statistical analysis plans and reports

•Draft, revise, submit and present abstracts, posters and manuscripts for publication/ conference proceedings based on outcome research or economic models. Assist in the submission process

Minimum Qualification

•Master’s degree in health outcomes research (epidemiology, pharmacy, public health, statistics, or related clinical discipline)

•2-3 years relevant work experience in outcomes research (e.g. claims data analysis, EMR analysis, patient survey data analysis, etc) including academic research experience

•Understanding of Korea healthcare system including dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry

•Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills

•Excellent analytical and project management skills including presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation, business and report writing

•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
