Job description

Product support specialist - Healthcare

The product support specialist provides technical software support to healthcare professionals and patients who use IQVIA’s healthcare software products. They may work for a software company, a healthcare provider, or a third-party support company in relevant capacity.

Job responsibilities

Working with technical specialist to install IQVIA software
Configuring IQVIA software modules and features
Smoke test the releases in UAT where necessary
Providing training and guidance on how to use software to end users
Troubleshooting software and integration related issues reported by the client
Escalating issues to the appropriate teams
Keeping up-to-date on the latest software releases

Candidate requirements:

A strong understanding of healthcare software
Prior experience in supporting systems integration with HL7 a big plus
Excellent customer service skills
Native Arabic speaker
