Job Overview
Manage a team of talent acquisition coordinators located across EMEA, you will be responsible for the team to partner with delivery to manage the candidate experience and arrange interviews. Other responsibilities include project and process-based work to better enable recruitment efforts of broader Talent Acquisition team.
Essential Functions
Develop delivery enablement team, focusing specifically on professional growth to support advancement and overall communication.
Manage direct reports in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.
Manage delivery enablement team’s bandwidth, balancing the volume of work/scheduling requests among each coordinator evenly.
Collaborate with other regional operations leads by providing progress updates on your team and receiving theirs in order to better improve management of the global talent acquisition operations organization.
Support, implement, and manage programs and tools designed to support delivery’s efforts to attract qualified talent to the organization.
Provide support to delivery leads on an ad hoc basis, including collection, analysis, and presentation of relevant data.
Support and manage communication of updates to HR systems, practices, procedures, compliance policies, and organizational announcements to broader regional Talent Acquisition teams.
Facilitate and host training sessions such as goals review for direct reports, new hire orientation for new joiners to Talent Acquisition, and any other process reviews which the delivery/delivery enablement team may require additional training for.
Consult with TA delivery and operations leaders and managers to gather data needed to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support an efficient candidate experience; ensure recruiters comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.
Track and manage training needs and progress towards training goals of both TA delivery and operations in designated region(s).
Support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation
Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary.
Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Formal or information people management experience is a plus
3 years of experience within a staffing function as or adjacent to a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience
Experience operating with senior/executive management team
Effective leadership skills
