Role Purpose

You will be responsible for leading multi-country deals in a highly collaborative team and define optimal solution for clients. You will collect and interpret market dynamics and provide support to internal teams, contributing to global OneKey budget delivery by focusing on Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with global, regional, and local sales teams to identify opportunities and then accompany them in closing the deal for the different Life Sciences customer segments (Pharma, MedTech, EBP, Consumer Health and Pharma)
  • Lead customer engagements on its own to generate revenue growth on assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define the optimal solution for customer specific context and objective. Solution should be economically, technically viable and deliverable
  • Cross-share and collaborate closely with Global Commercial Excellence teams focusing on Customer value
  • Contribute to Global Account plan strategy definition and orchestrate cross countries execution related to OneKey plan
  • Actively contribute to awareness, brainstorming, co-creation sessions focused on customers’ challenges and how IQVIA solution enables them to achieve desired outcome  
  • Work closely with global product management to enhance existing solution and identify new opportunities to further innovate

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of customer management experience
  • Experience in data and/or audience targeting solutions
  • Curious to continuously learn and apply the learnings to lead customers to desired success
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Know how to truly probe, listen, and move dialogue in a positive direction
  • A proven track record of expanding revenue in defined market segments
  • Comfort and experience with video presentations and engagement with prospects and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Great autonomy and pro-active can-do attitude
