Job description
Responsible for the Global Patient Affordability Program strategy, ensuring overall business growth via capability, product and service evolution, and geographical expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and lead IQVIA’s Global Patient Affordability Program globally
Develop a current state analysis of Global Patient Affordability at a regional and global level, mapping out and understanding current business, operations, opportunities, and challenges
Lead the development of IQVIA’s Global Patient Affordability Program brand, establishing IQVIA as a leader within the marketplace to support business growth and talent attraction
Responsible for growth of IQVIA’s Global Patient Affordability Program P&L, navigating our organization’s financial reporting structures to enable seamless collaboration across geographies and business units
Lead and coordinate business development, ensuring customer accounts have a strategic center of gravity within IQVIA, maximizing the alignment and efforts with RBUs
Lead the integration of Patient Affordability capabilities across IQVIA offerings and solutions, ensuring optimized strategies and operations at a global, regional and country level
Lead and coordinate Global Patient Affordability operations, ensuring delivery models, quality standards, and profitability are consistent across multiple geographies, to support global and multi-region donor projects
Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with local rules, regulations and privacy laws across Global Patient Affordability efforts
Coordinate internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Treasury, etc.) to support Patient Affordability operations at a global, regional, and local level
Map and monitor key buying centers in global health, generate early leads, and manage contacts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related Health Care field
Demonstrated experience in leading cross practice teams in the capture of projects of significant size and scope
Broad knowledge of the life sciences industry
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area
Understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Strong client relationship and influencing skills
