Senior Consultant
Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for a position of Senior Consultantto join our Management Consulting team in Bucharest.
Main Responsibilities Of The Role
Manages day-to-day operations of multiple projects
Plans, organizes and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
Drives client communication in projects and guides the project team
Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and develops proposals and client solutions
Develops detailed documentation and specifications, client proposals and deliverables
Designs/structures and delivers presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
Develops and presents complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies
Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
Leads quality assurance efforts for all projects within scope – for client analytical work
Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
Takes the lead in identifying opportunities for business development and innovative consulting approaches
Develops client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone and email contact
Manages, coaches and mentors a team of junior colleagues, acts as a role-model to the broader consulting team
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or 4-5 years in pharma industry in analytical, strategy or leadership positions
Proficiency in Romanian and English
Proven track record of solving complex business problems and applying the consulting toolkit, preferably in the pharma industry
Proven track record in managing project teams along the whole project cycle (from project initiation to final delivery)
Experience or strong desire to engage clients in strategic discussions and collaborate with other subject matter experts to innovate and develop new business opportunities
Experience in developing trust and credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Sense of ownership and pro-activity
Strong abilities to manage projects and priorities so that timelines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
Experience working in multi-disciplined teams and leading peers and junior team members
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of pharma industry is an advantage
