IQVIA in Greece is currently looking for a Business Consulting & Analytics Senior Analyst to join the team in Athens.

As a Business Consulting & Analytics Analyst within the Consulting & Services team, the candidate will be involved in the design, development and delivery of business consulting and analytics projects (commercial effectiveness, profiles segmentation, commercial opportunities assessment, performing studies, etc.) in the Life Science industry, by:

• ability to work with data in order to perform quantitative analyses to develop actionable insights and recommendations
• conducting desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
• participating and supporting the execution of interviews with stakeholders
• contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client meetings
• taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
• proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
• acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources

Desired Qualifications and Experience 

• BSc degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics or Mathematics
• MSc or MBA with strong record of academic achievement
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of statistical tools such as R, Power BI will be considered a plus
• Prior experience of 1-2 years in consulting preferably in a big consultancy, or alternatively in an internal consulting or analytics department
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability for multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a team
• Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
