We are seeking an Associate Director – Biotech Project Management to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business as a remote position.

As an Associate Director – Biotech Project Management, you will be regularly reviewing and improving Project Services systems, providing technical expertise, and enhancing project execution and database design. You will also oversee specific programs, acting as an expert Project Manager or Set-up Manager for assigned studies, and participating in customer portfolio governance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and presenting information effectively to both internal and external audiences, such as lessons learned, audits, and sharing best practices.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and providing resources and support to all staff and team members.
  • Keeping the global management team updated through regular, effective communications.
  • Preparing specifications for improved project services systems based on operational requirements and overseeing the development and maintenance of training material for these systems.
  • Working with stakeholders from all regions to develop consistency across regions.
  • Identifying global training requirements and working with key personnel to ensure coordination across regions.
  • Representing global Project Services in cross-departmental initiatives and driving responses to ensure any proposed process changes are appropriate and effective.
  • Developing and maintaining Project Service’s systems which contain tools, checklists, SOP links, lessons learned, online newsletters, and other resource materials. Providing guidance and training as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree Sciences or related field Preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of clinical or research industry experience Preferred.
  • 3-year project management experience Preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at managing customers and ability to mee deadlines.
  • Technical and therapeutic expertise, including a thorough understanding of medical and clinical research terminology.
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes and is proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with Centralized Laboratory systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, can work effectively in fast-paced environments, and maintains good relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $113,900.00 - $193,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
