What Will You Be Doing:

  • Developing and validating complex assays.
  • Utilizing technologies to optimize biomolecular interactions.
  • Analyzing data for continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborating with teams for enhanced project outcomes.
  • Interpreting and presenting meaningful data analysis.
  • Maintaining laboratory notebooks as per regulatory standards.
  • Participating in marketing conferences and research groups.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with assay development, optimization techniques, and state-of-the-art instrumentation.
  • Required Qualifications: Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for this Role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with laboratory protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication & presentation abilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,200.00 - $115,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
